You Will Need:

1) A separate email address that's not already registered in the Clearinghouse.

2) To purchase a query plan ($2.50 in the Clearinghouse)

We schedule RTD drug tests anywhere in the U.S. using DOT-approved locations — over 40,000+ sites nationwide.

Observed Testing:

All tests will be supervised by the same sex and conducted according to DOT regulations.

Results:

Recieved within 3–5 business days.

Tests are not scheduled until your balance is paid in full.

CLEARINGHOUSE UPDATE & STATUS CHANGE

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR NEGATIVE TEST RESULTS ...

Results are uploaded to the FMCSA Clearinghouse the same day
Your status changes from "Prohibited" to "NOT PROHIBITED" So you can resume safety sensitive functions Immediately.
We notify your local State Driver's License Office to ensure there are no further delays with your CDL/CLP .

WHAT IS THE RETURN-TO-DUTY PROCESS?

The RTD process has 6 steps you must complete after a drug/alcohol violation to drive again:

Steps 1-4: Work with a DOT-approved SAP (evaluation, treatment, re-evaluation)

Step 5: Take your Step 5 RTD drug test (this is what we do at RegainMyCDL.com)

Step 6: Complete follow-up testing (handled by your employer or C/TPA if you're an owner-operator with an "Active DOT Number". You're "Prohibited" until Step 5 is done. Once you receive a check mark in the FMCSA Clearinghouse for Step 5, you're "Not Prohibited" and can drive again.
