RegainMyCDL.com is a specialized Return-to-Duty service dedicated to helping CDL drivers complete Step 5 of the FMCSA Clearinghouse process. We exist for one reason: to get you back on the road as fast as possible.

What We Do
We handle Step 5 — the Return-to-Duty drug test — for drivers who've completed Steps 1-4 with a DOT-approved Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
Here's what that means for you:
- We schedule your RTD test at one of 40,000+ DOT-approved locations nationwide
- We walk you through the FMCSA Clearinghouse setup step-by-step (no computer required — you can do it on your phone)
- We coordinate with your SAP to verify completion of Steps 1-4
- We upload your negative test results to the Clearinghouse the same day we receive them
- We change your status from "Prohibited" to "Not Prohibited" so you can get back to work immediately
- We notify your state Drivers License Office to prevent any delays with your CDL
For owner-operators with an active DOT number, we also handle Step 6 follow-up testing.

Why We Started This
The FMCSA Clearinghouse was designed to keep our roads safe. We support that mission 100%.
But we also saw a major problem: drivers were completing their SAP programs, doing the hard work of treatment, and then getting stuck at Step 5 because they didn't know who to call, couldn't afford the upfront cost, or felt completely overwhelmed by the Clearinghouse process.
These weren't bad drivers. They were people who made a mistake, took responsibility, completed treatment, and just needed someone to help them finish the process.
