All purchases are final.

Due to the nature of our compliance services, administrative coordination, digital access, regulatory enrollment, and time-based professional work, we do not offer:

Refunds

Cancellations

Transfers

Service credits

Partial reimbursements

This policy applies without exception unless otherwise required by law.


2. Nature of Services

Our services involve:

DOT drug and alcohol consortium enrollment

Third-Party Administrator (C/TPA) services

FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance support

Return-to-Duty administrative coordination

Driver qualification file services

Compliance monitoring programs

Digital access to systems and documentation

Consultations and professional compliance guidance

Once enrollment begins, administrative time, compliance system access, and professional resources are allocated immediately. These resources cannot be reversed or recovered.

For this reason, all fees are considered earned upon purchase.


3. No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:

Failure to complete compliance steps

Failure or refusal of a drug or alcohol test

Regulatory decisions or Clearinghouse outcomes

Employer hiring decisions

CDL suspension or reinstatement status

Change of mind

Financial hardship

Ineligibility discovered after enrollment

Failure to follow provided instructions

Delays caused by third parties

Your purchase secures access to administrative services — not a guaranteed regulatory outcome.


4. Non-Transferable Services

Services purchased are assigned exclusively to the individual or entity at the time of enrollment.

Services may not be:

Transferred to another person

Reassigned to a different driver

Converted into another service

Applied toward future or unrelated services

Each purchase is tied to a specific compliance file and regulatory record.


5. Company Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Nationwide Screening Solutions reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

Fraud or suspected fraud

False or misleading information

Abusive or threatening behavior

Failure to cooperate

Violation of contractual terms

Termination of services does not entitle the client to a refund.


6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered, initiated, or made available.

Nationwide Screening Solutions maintains comprehensive documentation including:

Enrollment records

Signed agreements

Compliance activity logs

Communication history

Transaction records

Regulatory coordination documentation

These records are retained for the purpose of defending against chargebacks and financial disputes.

If a chargeback is initiated after services have begun, the Company reserves the right to:

Submit documentation to the payment processor

Recover associated fees and administrative costs

Pursue legal remedies where appropriate

Fraudulent disputes may result in additional action.

Charges on your credit card or bank statement may appear under variations of:

Clients are responsible for recognizing authorized charges prior to initiating disputes.


8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and extraordinary situations, the Company may, at its sole discretion, evaluate a written request. Approval of any exception does not establish precedent and does not waive this policy.
